Our luxury retreat is located in beautiful Te Anau, New Zealand, offering panoramic views of Lake Te Anau and the surrounding Fiordland mountains. Despite the peaceful setting, we’re only a short five minute drive from Te Anau’s town centre, restaurants, and attractions.

The property is designed for couples seeking a luxurious and private escape and is restricted to two people. No parties or events unless via prior approval. 

The property is designed as an adults-only accommodation. However, children over the age of 16 are welcome provided they are accompanied by an adult. Please contact us before booking if travelling with children.

A continental breakfast is included, consisting of tea and coffee, cereal, and toast. The accommodation also features a well-equipped kitchen and a there are two supermarkets, five minutes drive away – Fresh Choice Te Anau and Te Anau Four Square.

Dinner Reservations are recommended during peak season – most can be made online, but should you need assistance please let us know.  

Always check opening hours in advance, as during the quieter season some restaurants shut for a portion of time.

The retreat is located on our family property but has been thoughtfully positioned to provide guests with complete privacy while enjoying the spectacular views.

Milford Sound is approximately a two-hour drive from Te Anau, making the retreat an ideal base for exploring Fiordland National Park.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.

For shorter stays, the accommodation is fully prepared before arrival. Longer stays may include additional servicing upon request.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am. Flexible arrangements may be available depending on availability.

Fiordland is home to a variety of native birds and wildlife. While sightings can’t be guaranteed, guests regularly enjoy observing local birdlife from the property.
